Consistent Patterns. Every Pallet.
Dry goods lines often run multiple carton sizes and SKUs through the same end-of-line system — and each configuration requires a different pallet pattern to ensure stability during transport. Manual palletizing handles pattern changes informally, which means pattern quality varies by operator and shift. The result is inconsistent pallet stability and increased product damage in transit.
ESC integrates robotic palletizing systems with programmable pattern libraries that produce the same tight, stable pallet every time — regardless of carton size, weight, or SKU. Pattern changes are made from the touchscreen with no mechanical retooling. Our systems are engineered for the dry goods formats your line runs, with infeed conveyor and pallet handling included as part of the complete system.

Two Robots. Double the Output.
High-throughput dry goods lines — cereals, grains, powders, and packaged staples — often produce cases faster than a single palletizer can stack them. When the palletizer becomes the bottleneck at end of line, the upstream production rate is limited by the slowest step in the sequence rather than the capacity of the filler or former.
ESC integrates dual-robot palletizing cells with comb and plate grippers that pick and place full case layers simultaneously — doubling effective palletizing output within the same cell footprint. Our dual-robot configurations are engineered as a single system with shared controls, synchronized infeed, and alternating pallet positions so both robots run continuously without waiting on each other or on the operator.
