Duobot Palletizer
A compact robotic palletizing system designed to automate case palletizing while maximizing floor space efficiency.
The dual-position design allows continuous palletizing operation while full pallets are removed without stopping production. Ideal for facilities requiring flexible, space-saving, and easy-to-deploy end-of-line automation solutions.
This robotic palletizing system is engineered to automate the stacking of boxes and packaged products onto pallets using a compact dual-position palletizing cell. The system utilizes an articulated robotic arm with an integrated gripper assembly to precisely pick, position, and palletize products while maintaining stable and repeatable load formation.
Designed for flexibility and rapid deployment, the palletizer is mounted on a transportable platform that simplifies installation and startup. Its dual palletizing positions allow operators to remove completed pallets while the robot continues palletizing on the second station, minimizing downtime and improving overall production efficiency.

- Suitable for boxes, cartons, trays, and packaged products
- Designed for compact industrial footprints and flexible layouts
Products enter the palletizing cell through an infeed conveyor where the robotic arm retrieves cases using a comb-and-pressure-plate gripper system. The gripper lifts products from below while applying controlled pressure from above to maintain load stability during transfer and pallet placement.
The dual pallet position design allows continuous operation by alternating palletizing activity between two pallet stations. While one pallet is actively being built, operators can safely remove and replace a completed pallet in the secondary zone without interrupting production flow. Integrated safety zones and photocell monitoring systems help maintain safe operation throughout the palletizing cycle.
The operator interface includes touchscreen controls and graphical pallet pattern generation software that simplifies setup and changeovers. New pallet configurations can be created visually without manual robot programming, allowing facilities to quickly adapt to changing box sizes, pallet patterns, and production requirements. Optional accessories such as interlayer dispensers and remote Wi-Fi support further increase system flexibility and automation capability.
