Tri Wall Packer
The Tri-Wall Packer is a high-speed automatic drop packing system designed to count, organize, and load pre-packaged products into large corrugated tri-wall containers or crates.
The system handles flexible packages weighing up to approximately 22 lbs each, including mesh, plastic, recyclable, and compostable paper bags. With production rates up to approximately 60 bags per minute, the machine provides consistent pack formation while reducing manual handling requirements.
The Tri-Wall Packer automatically receives pre-packaged products from upstream equipment, counts and organizes each package into the required packing pattern, and loads the completed arrangement into large tri-wall containers or crates. Flexible pattern creation allows operators to configure different packing arrangements directly through the touchscreen interface. Product recipes, timers, conveyor speeds, counters, and other operating parameters can be stored and adjusted to accommodate changing production requirements. A reversed layer function can also be utilized to alternate product orientation and improve stability within the finished container.
