This robotic palletizing system is engineered to automate the stacking of cartons and packaged products using a compact platform-mounted robotic cell designed for rapid installation and commissioning. The modular plug-and-play design allows the system to be operational in as little as three days while maintaining flexibility for multiple product sizes and pallet configurations.

Designed for high versatility, the palletizer can handle virtually any box type and a broad range of case dimensions without requiring mechanical format adjustments. Its articulated robotic arm combined with a comb-and-pressure-plate gripper ensures stable and secure product handling while maintaining high palletizing quality even when boxes have imperfect sealing conditions.

  • System type: Robotic palletizer
  • Production capacity: Up to approximately 30 boxes per minute per line depending on configuration
  • Robot type: Articulated robotic arm
  • Box size range: Approximately 5 × 5 × 4 in. to 24 × 16 × 16 in.
  • Supported pallet sizes: Approximately 48 × 32 in. and 48 × 40 in.
  • Maximum pallet height: Approximately 75 in. to 94 in. depending on configuration
  • Maximum robot payload: Approximately 66 lbs. without slip sheet and 77 lbs. with slip sheet
  • Electrical requirements: 480V / 3 Phase / 60 Hz
  • Power consumption: Approximately 9–11 kW
  • Pneumatic requirement: Approximately 6 bar compressed air
  • Applications: Food, beverage, produce, corrugated, consumer goods, and industrial packaging operations

(Final specifications vary depending on product dimensions, pallet patterns, throughput requirements, and system configuration.)

  • Fully automatic robotic palletizing system
  • Plug-and-play platform-mounted palletizing cell
  • Installation and startup in approximately 3 days
  • Comb-and-pressure-plate robotic gripper
  • Handles virtually all box styles and packaging formats
  • No mechanical adjustments required for box size changes
  • Touchscreen HMI with graphical pallet pattern generation
  • Stores up to 100 palletizing formats
  • Supports multiple pallet patterns and stacking configurations
  • Remote Wi-Fi assistance capability available
  • Optional pallet dispenser and interlayer dispenser systems available
  • Optional facing system for label orientation control
  • Compatible with manual forklift pallet conveyors
  • Designed for flexible industrial palletizing applications

Products enter the palletizing cell through an infeed conveyor where they are oriented and grouped according to the selected pallet pattern. The articulated robotic arm retrieves products using a comb-style gripper that supports boxes from beneath while stabilizing them from above, minimizing the risk of product deformation or box opening during transfer.

The system incorporates integrated graphical pallet pattern generation software that allows operators to create and store pallet configurations directly through the touchscreen HMI without manually programming robot coordinates. Operators can generate new pallet patterns in just minutes while storing up to 100 palletizing formats for quick product changeovers.

Its platform-mounted construction significantly reduces installation complexity and startup time compared to conventional robotic palletizing systems. Optional accessories including pallet dispensers, interlayer dispensers, facing systems, custom stand heights, forklift-compatible conveyors, and remote Wi-Fi support further expand automation capabilities and layout flexibility.
