Vertical Accumulator

Equipment Systems Corporation (ESC) accumulators are used to prevent line stoppages in production operations. When momentary product blockage occurs, our accumulation systems provide temporary storage space for your products. When the blockage is cleared the products are then put back into the correct conveyor line at the proper speeds.

Bi-Directional Accumulator

Sensor readings suggest that the products should gradually start piling up, and the accumulation ceases upon reaching full capacity. Once the production line is cleared, the products are then delicately propelled forward, reintegrating onto the main conveyor line at an appropriate speed to avoid tipping.
